Nepean Housing Corporation approached the City of Ottawa with an ambitious plan to intensify one of our existing affordable housing communities. It is located in our very first community at Dunbar Court.  We started construction in July 2023 and we are proud to share this project with you.

Once complete, it will be a 3-storey, affordable, multi-residential net-zero-ready apartment building.  It promises to be one of the most eco-friendly in the area.
